In the United Kingdom, we only use 1st Class Mail to ensure prompt delivery of your order.

We ship using Royal Mail or Parcelforce depending on the weight of your order, please be sure that someone is present to sign for your order. If no-one if available when delivery is attempted, the driver will post a card through your door. Royal Mail orders will then be available to collect from your local Royal Mail office and Parcelforce orders may be rearranged at your convenience.

These are estimated delivery times and during peak season (Christmas etc.) Royal Mail may take a little longer. They ask that for airmail and standard deliveries we allow "up to 14 days" for UK delivery and "up to 28 days" for international orders, but rest assured; it's normally much quicker!

If you are not at home when delivery is attempted, the postman will post a card through notifying you that an attempt has been made and inviting you to collect from your local sorting office. If sent with Parcelforce or Home Delivery Network, please call the number on the card to arrange a redelivery.

Packaging is amply sized and your items are well-protected. In the unlikely even of damage upon delivery, please take photos and email to us so we can initiate a claim with the carrier within 72 hours of receipt.
